Nordic Animation Pitch 2024

First ever joint Nordic short animation pitch event was held in Helsinki 15 th to 17 th of May.

From the 9 amazing projects the grant jury, producer Olivier Catherin (FR) and producer and
executive director of Nukufilm Kerdi Oengo (EST) carefully selected two projects which were
awarder.

The jury acknowledge the clear and diligent visual style as well as the coherent story. The premises
of the story was very well established and the. Nordic Animation Pitch has granted 500 euros prize
for the production of the film.

The jury loved the concept and story and how well it was elaborated. The visual style of the
animation goes hand in hand with the story and at the same time it is unique. The tempting idea of
creating the story based on the sound about the struggle of the woman was well presented and the
pitch itself was well done.

Nordic Animation Pitch has granted 1000 euros prize for the production of the film.
